[ SOUND DESIGN & MUSIC ]
I have been working in Post-Production since the early age of 19. Being the youngest Sound Designer in Hollywood on the payroll working for the iconic figure Roger Corman, at New Concorde studios in Los Angeles. I got a name for myself and was later hired to manage the Sound Department in Berlin in 2000. That was the same year my first album was released with success, which followed up with me doing the Sound & Music for a Nike, and LEVI Commercial. By 2013, I had performed in over 2,000 live concerts, featured in over 30 albums, produced over 5 albums, and had an estimated reach of around half a million fans.
In 2015, I stopped touring and put all my focus back into films & commercials. Since 2016 I have received several awards for my work and have been welcomed as a member of AFI, AACTA, and ACS.
FILMS & COMMERCIALS
In less than 4 hours his temp mix was already better than our previous commercial mix.
There were sounds that I didn't even think of being in the film, I was blown away.
His audio skills are invisible to the eye, yet extraordinarily perceptible to the psyche.
A COLLECTION OF CUSTOM SOUNDS
Over the years Blake has collected a variety of sounds that he has custom tailored for each project. Rarely does he use the same sounds twice without modifications. Also, with a massive library of musical elements only the immagination is the limit.
Below is a simple video of how to export your video properly so that we can get started on the right track. Please contact me if you have any questions. For feature films, this process does not apply.
Please keep in mind that Picture Lock is required before this process.
Picture lock is a stage in editing a film or editing a television production. It is the stage prior to online editing when all changes to the film or television program cut have been done and approved. It is then sent to subsequent stages in the process, such as online editing and audio mixing. Any last-minute changes can force portions of subsequent work to be redone.
